Life Legacy
PEARSON, Gary L. age 61, a resident of Miamisburg passed away on Thursday, February 18, 2010 at Kettering Medical Center. He was born on November 23, 1948 to Robert L. Pearson and Maggie (McKinney) Coffman in Dayton, Ohio. Gary is preceded in death by his father Robert L. Pearson, his maternal grandparents: Robert and Bertha McKinney as well as his paternal grandparents. He is survived by his loving wife of 39 years, Linda (Moore) Pearson, his mother Maggie (Nick) Coffman, 2 sons: Robert (Sheila) Pearson, Charles (Kelly) Pearson, Grandchildren: Sydney, Sierra, Talon, Lilly, and Audrey Pearson, a brother Dave (Trina) Pearson, a step-mother Mildred Pearson, 3 step-brothers, a step-sister as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other close relatives. Gary retired from Dayton Progress after 37 years where he was affectionately known as “Parnelli.” A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, February 28, 2010 at 4:00 p.m. from the GEBHART-SCHMIDT-PARRAMORE FUNERAL HOME, Miamisburg with Pastor Todd Willman officiating. Friends may call from 2:00 p.m. until time of service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers the family prefers memorial contributions be made to the National Kidney Foundation or the American Diabetes Association in Gary’s memory.
