Betty (Goins) Hatfield-Surface age 74, a resident of Miamisburg, passed away on Saturday, December 12, 2009 at her residence. She was born on September 17, 1935 to the late Tomie and Nannie (Hoskins) Goins in Clay County, Kentucky. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son Eddie Hatfield, a sister Loretta Collins, and three brothers: Tommy Jr., Arkus, and Clayton Goins. Betty leaves to cherish her memory her son, Jimmy Hatfield, two grandchildren: Jason and Leah and 5 great-grandchildren. Also by her siblings: Marie Lewis, Lorene Johnston, Pearl Goins, Louis Wilder, Charlene Lyons, Clyde (Bonnie) Goins, Nora Evans and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, December 15, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. from The GEBHART-SCHMIDT-PARRAMORE FUNERAL HOME, Miamisburg with Reverend Billy Collins officiating. Burial at West Memory Gardens. Friends may call from 12 noon until time of service also at the funeral home.
